Return & Refund Policy

Requirements for Returning Items

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us and provide clear photos so we can check the problem.

If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, please provide clear photos of the item received and the shipping package so we can verify the order information.

Please place a note inside the return package containing:

• Order number
• Reason for return

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team before returning any item.

For items returned due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or wrong color, we will provide a full refund after the returned item is received and inspected.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size or changing your mind, we will refund 70% of the item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us with clear photos within 3 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a problem with the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Free exchanges are available when the error is caused by us, such as sending the wrong item or wrong size.

For exchanges requested for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size, additional shipping costs may apply.

Return Shipping

Please contact our customer service team before sending any return. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Please do not send returns to the sender's address on the original package unless instructed by our customer service team.
